Matthew W. Dominick is an Atlanta native.  He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science and Business Administration from the University of Alabama in 1993; he received his Juris Doctor degree from Georgia State University in 2000.  Upon graduating  from Georgia State he practiced with a mid-size law firm in Atlanta for five years, in the firm's litigation group. In 2005 he formed Matthew W. Dominick, P.C., where he continued his litigation practice, focusing on real property and commercial litigation matters.

David M. Van Sant

David M. Van Sant received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Kennesaw State University in 2000; he then received his Juris Doctor cum laude from Georgia State University in 2003. After graduating from Georgia State he practiced with two mid-size firms in metro Atlanta. Mr. Van Sant has represented many of the largest employers and insurers in the nation. In 2008, he moved his practice to Cumming, Georgia and joined Matthew W. Dominick to form Dominick & Van Sant, LLC.
